Meetup with Women in STEM: Informal mentoring skills

This event is for women in STEM who would like to gain some tools to allow them to mentor other women.
This workshop is designed to support your personal development and to develop mentoring skills that you can use (now or in the future) to support other women in the STEM sector.
The workshop will allow you to understand:
- The challenges women face in STEM environments
- The benefits mentoring can bring to women in STEM
- Develop skills for mentoring
- Develop confidence in running good online peer mentoring and networking events.
This event is open to any woman, regardless of role or career stage, who feels they have skills and insight to offer other women in STEM.
